Fair Jurists Foundation was resolved to be an independent, voluntary, non-profit organization which shall neither be associated nor affiliated with the Government or any political party. It was in all matters committed to act with impartiality and objectivity.
This document went on to give a list of 20 items as the organization’s functions. But mainly the mission adopted was to further the cause of human rights, promotion of education & Talent and publishing of education concern & introductory books in the country. The united Nations genova Declaration, Covenants, Conventions, Protocols and Resolutions concerning various areas of human rights were accepted as established norms, requiring full and early adoption within the country.
